Being prepared for peak season is a critical part of any manufacturing, fulfillment, reverse logistics or distribution-based business. And with 2020 eCommerce sales up 30 percent, peak was likely even more important to the success of your company this season. It’s also been estimated that $115 billion in merchandise will be returned through the end of January, up from $100 billion in 2019.
